Food for thought

Being the position coach, there is a lot of scouting involved in guys you want for your particular position when it comes to recruiting.
Look at Auburn this year. They took a clear step back in 2012 from 2010 and even 2011, but the guys this year were all of almost all his guys. I think we all can agree that they were one of the better OL units this year.
Yes, I know he wasn't coaching them this year. But a lot of it is just getting players that will play and won't be busts into your system, and it looks like Grimes did a good job at AU.
