I thought it was a good gesture to tip a lil bit for good service at all inclusives. Since the workers there are not paid as much as you may think.
I just feel like a total cheap arse loser if someone is bringing me drink after drink after drink while I'm lounging on the beach and I don't tip them anything for it. Maybe that is just me.

my travel agent told me not to tip anyone that works at the resort (except for the butlers) because they can be fired for taking tips.
