Just because you 'have knowledge' does not mean you can communicate it or teach it. It takes a special person to be able to verbalize what he wants to an 18 yr old college player and have them internalize that and execute that behaviour. It's not just x's and o's. You also have to be able to relate to the players. We need someone who has proven that they have these traits, not learn on the job.
