The worst is having an employee like this. I hate when he fricks up...I can't help but want to slap the shite out of him when it comes time to discipline him. He just sits there with a smirk on his face and I know he wants to laugh. (He's one of those nervous laugh people)

I work with a guy like that. Guys never in a bad mood...always laughing about something.
