Is there an audible alarm as well? If so then prob a pump problem on septic tank. Could be for heat tracing but that is usually mounted inside your house (on wheels).

No audible alarm, just solid red light. There is apparently the septic, overflow tank, and pump out to the sewer line. Most suggest it's just the pump but I'm clueless with plumbing.
