Port Allen Police , what a joke. All they do is hang around the red lights and wait for someone to right on red. They also wait by the on ramp checking inspection stickers, other then that you would have a better chance with Barney Fife finding out who done this

The knockout game is a good way for CC citizens to finally go heel. You wanna run around punching people? Ok, you might catch a bullet.
Sure its fun in the Northeast where all the hippy liberal douche bags refuse to carry a gun. But the knockout game in South LA will have a short shelf life.

That's all the city parish and city marshals do. there isn't really any other way for them to make money.
