I have Gris Gris's ham stock rolling on the stove. Putting together the black eyed pea and andouille soup tomorrow to get ready for NYD. It was delish last year and my people said it had to be made every New Years Day from now on. Serving with some smothered cabbage and stuffed pork loin.
