I have a question. I have been thinking for a while about changing out my stock radio in my silverado, but is there a way to change radios but maintain the use if the buttons on the steering wheel?

yes.. it's ~$200 for the module.

on the OPs topic: i have a new Ram pickup with the Infinity stereo system and it has an 8" woofer under the back seat, plenty of added sound/bass.
