Do yourself a favor and take him to see Dr. Kelly Scrantz in BR at the Neuromedical Center. Best neurosurgeon in the state.
Kelly fixed my herniated disc last December. I'm now 100% and pain free. This was after "the best orthopedic surgeon" told me there was nothing he could do.
May God Bless you Kelly Scrantz for fixing my back!!!!!

My son is 29 years old, tall and slim. He had both decompression with a PT and the injections. Both only offered temporary relief.
He has a problem with severe pain when he stands for more than a couple of minutes. He takes pain medication or suffers.
