I wanted to like it - I should like it - but I hate that kid (Charlie Hunnam - or at least his character), which made the show unwatchable for me from fairly early on. Maybe I'll give it another go in the future.

I lost contact at the end of Season 4 - I was actually caught up at that point, but didn't start Season 5 for whatever reason - but I really enjoyed it through then.

So, for the OP - Mad Men is the best show, from what I've seen - I've watched scattered scenes from TWD and the first 2 to 3 episodes of SOA - Mad Men is clearly better as a pure character drama.
