So MJ.. You think that mine is not the hose issue as was for the OP , but the cam phaser issue? Of sourse be hard for you to know exactly, but from your experience. ?

%100 of the hoses go out on triton engines. %100 triton engines make cam phaser noise.
I have yet to see cam phasers cause drivability issues. Just noise.
