3 SEC titles in 10 years is completely unrealistic.
Alabama has the most SEC titles with 23 and that works out to be about 3.2 a decade.
And they have the most by a wide margin.
1-2 SEC titles over a decade is what the rest of the SEC powers should be expecting (UF, UT, UGA, LSU, AUB)

Much more realistic! Over 79 years, LSU has won outright or shared the conference title 11 times, or once every 7 years. In any particular decade, you can find a better (or worse) showing (2001 - 2010, LSU won a conference title once every 3 years, on average. In the same decade, Bama averaged one every ten years). Over the last 20 years, Florida posted the best results, winning a conference title every 2.8 years on average. From 1991 - 2000, Florida won the conference crown on average once every 18 months, a period during which we won zero. LSU has always been the State's flagship university, Louisiana talent has always been on par with that of the rest of the South, etc. And since 1970, we've averaged about 2 conference titles per decade. If your "standards" or expectations, or hopes & dreams are to consistently beat our historical performance, you're unrealistic, at least over the long term. Is 3 or 4 per decade, on average possible? Sure. Ohio State, Michigan, Texas, Oklahoma, Nebraska and USC have managed to do that. But they don't play in the SEC. We have had unprecedented success since the turn of the century. Hopefully we'll continue that progress. But to demand a conference title every three years on average in not reasonable in this conference, and I suggest that for those of you hating on the program (I don't give a damn who the coach is), because it's not meeting your unrealistic expectations, you're truly foolish.
