SO, without 2008 (I don't know how that is calculated) an average almost exactly 7. Figure in 2008 and let's say 2013 15? (hopefully)that would be what? dunno.

So if salary:poll finish is an useful measurement(I don't know if it is), then about right. Hopefully this is an off year, we finish stron and regroup for next.
