Agreed +100. These players don't see a championship if they stay. The money talks louder at that point.

One could argue that they are not disgruntled but instead they have people wanting to pay them money to do what they are doing for free. If they are talented enough to achieve their ultimate dream why stay? A championship is nice but that isn't the ultimate goal in their football careers.
