Well we do play 12-14 games a year now, when in the past it was 10-12 max. so the more wins in less time argument doesn't really work.

So 10 wins is pretty much the new 8. Not bad, but not as good as it can be.

Yes it does - he has the best winning percentage, too, just under 80%, at least of anyone who coached more than 2 seasons. There would be an argument about more games per season, if his winning percentage was less than 75%.
