To be fair, we sometimes read about the dude that has fathered 30 children (just a sample number). Women are far less capable of causing that level of birth.
So, for instance: a dude COULD father a child every week for 70 years....a chick? no way.
There is responsibility there. I have never seen the issue with taking responsibility for my actions. And, when one doesn't...he places himself at the mercy of someone ELSE's decision.
I've had MANY friends suggest that it is unfair that blacks seem to get harsher sentences in criminal outcomes. I simply counter with "it has been very easy for me to avoid being arrested. Thus, I do not place myself into that 'unfair' decision tree"

Why should one equal have so much power over another?
How is it that between two equals one has responsibility (the man), and the other has the choices (the woman).
It is not a fair system, and it needs to change.
