Agree, but Florida tried to also shorten the game, and gave LSU only a few chances on offense. That was the strategy that worries me the most against Bama. If they can control the clock, by running, and get points.....Not good. It almost worked for Florida, except they weren't good at finishing drives.

Bama and UF run the same defense which is great preparation for the Bama game. UF has better CBs and Bama has better LBs.

IMO, Chavis defense is much better versus the traditional offenses. The spread option teams tend to get have more success recently (Clemson, Ole Miss, etc.)

UGA offense > Bama offense > UF offense

Another thing to think about is the couple of missed opportunities we had early in the game versus UF.
1. Wide open Dural on the first drive that Mett overthrew.
2. Fumbled pass attempt to an uncovered Landry.

UF's defensive success was helped a lot by our mistakes. Teams will have to pick their poison. Do we load the box or play coverage? UF welcomed the running attack. The question is do others follow suit.

Finishing drives.....

Uhhhh at one point they had 5 consecutive 3 and outs. Those are not drives my friend
