embarrass? like when a player disregards a call and takes the game into his own hands when said game is out of hand already? that's not embarrassing the coach?

you can't see someone like saban talk to player like he's sub-human on the sideline and make that statement.

Yes, embarrass. If this was indeed a punishment then how could being disciplined in front of a national audience be viewed as anything but embarrassing?
