I'd much rather it be a panel of people that live, eat, and breathe college football. The kind of guy that has a whole room in his house dedicated to his team. Has his DVR chock full of games every week. Alienates and ignores his children when a Top 25 game is on.
I can deal with biases of the heart, but not biases of the wallet or a direct correlation of their job performance.
