Are you really worried about failing in an industry you consider to be a racket that will frick up the deal 50/50 and don't deserve what you make? Are you gonna slide money under the table when someone brings you a deal if they threaten to crash the transaction if you dont?
You'll fail or lose your license in under 3 years. Save yourself some time/money

why i'm getting my license so i can legally collect checks, in part thanks to you. that thread got me thinking i should just get a license instead of relying on people to do the right thing.
and in that example, i real estate was absolutely not needed. the guy had nothing to do with anything but since he had a license got to collect almost 50k if i remember right. if he'd found the deal put it together. sure, i'd had no problem with it.
