Would someone be so kind as to put our beloved rival's head coach, Mike London's face on the Royal crier? It would be greatly appreciated.

Wrong board ain't I? You know when us Hokies try to be offensive, we ain't good at it. I mean if you've seen us play. Let me try again

How did you make his hand black? When I try to change skin tones, it never looks that good.

Thanks. I used a different source pic so I can't say how my shadow would have come out with the one provided in the OP.

It was a multi-step process and, unfortunately, I don't remember the exact steps. I know I always start off with the hue to see what that can accomplish. Sometimes just tweaking it a little bit can really matter once other alterations are made after that. Then I like to play around some with the levels and then, in this case, I remember I used the color balance to take out some of the red. I may have even slightly altered the brightness & contrast to finalize things. Of course, there is certainly the possibility that I did something else somewhere along the way, too.
Next time I do a skin color change, I'll try to remember to write down exactly what I did.

I just did the same fark again.
Here are the steps I took to change the skin color of the hand:
1) Hue +11, Lightness -5
2) Levels: 0, 1.28, 255...17, 226
3) Color Balance: Red -2, Green +5, Blue -19
4) Brightness -3, Contrast +18
5) Color Balance: Green +5 (needed a bump on the green)
6) Lightness +3 (readjust on the lightness)
