Stem Cell tourism doesn't usually work well.

What a lot of these treatments do not address is that stem cells can and often times do not fully differentiate. The cells that don't differentiate are more likely to become cancerous. The real problem with most neural regen using stem cells is that most times the neuron itself cannot repair through the inflamed and damaged tissue.

That being said the US needs to get its shite together and start funding stem cell research through government initiatives and not just private funding. Also so that I can get a job.
