Sorta. We play a 4-3, but more a Miami style..lighter LBs and DEs...more speed. 3-4 is a bit better for him so he can line up and hit different gaps.

In the 4-3, Mingo had a hand in the dirt, and was right across the OT. Doesnt matter what "style" 4-3 we ran. He had a hand in the dirt and was a true DE.
In the 3-4 as an OLB, you can move around, play standing up, and get into more gaps than you can in the 4-3 as a DE.
