The main difference is that Crowton had "a bag of tricks" and different types of plays that were confusing to defenses.
Cameron brings fricking discipline to the offense. (i.e. receivers doing pushups for dropped passes in fall pre-season camp) Something we haven't had for years. ALONG with the fact that he's a good playcaller, that plus discipline = success that won't run dry after a couple years.
