Yep. Which means Jesse realizes Walt was responsible for the missing cig and also leading him to think it was Fring and eventually he lost it in his house.

From there Jesse could only come to 2 conclusions:

a) Brock being poisoned was a complete coincidence and Walt used that opportunity to steal the ricin and manipulate Jesse

or

b.) Walt was responsible for all of it
