Here is what I decided. You can add any player you want that is eligible. You can your draft pick as a normal transaction (pick someone who stayed on his team), pick someone who moved inside the BPL (such as Mata), pick someone who transferred into the BPL (such as Luuk de Jong), or pass. These are the options.

rdw, since you did not know about picking anyone now in the player pool. You can redraft if you choose someone who has been in the BPL the whole season.
