Here's my attempt, working from Pain Trains last edit. I tried to add some color and definition to your daughter's face. It was a little washed out from the flash. I also removed the red eye. I wish there was more I could do. I can't imagine anything happening to one of my girls. So sorry for your loss.

Nice work. I just cleaned up some of the black marks on Grandma's neck and some less noticeable marks on the faces.
