Since the frog just showed up to make this a pissing contest, let's compare:

--Jeremy Hill also sat out a year after high school after his first misdemeanor offense. Miles and the staff could've easily accepted his commitment a year earlier.

--Miles dismissed a Heisman finalist who had never been arrested or convicted of a crime

--Miles dismissed an SEC Championship MVP for repeated run-ins with the law

--Miles on many occasions has "suspended" players for one or more games for failed drug tests. Except he does so privately, and fans in most cases are left to speculate as to why that player did not play. See Ware, Mathieu, etc

So basically, GTFO.
