If the grass has been established and your watering with the rain we have been getting its over kill. In saying that with a ph that low I'd add at least 100 pounds of dolomitic lime per 1000. If to do that you will see improvement quickly, doesn't look like chinch bugs or brown patch.

My yard is only around 1100 sq feet. Do you recommend adding that lime all at once or in batches?
