So let me clear this up. I'm taking wife n kids to eat in her car. I'm backing out. I see something under my truck near the rear passenger tire. I stop the car, get out and walk up to my truck. Once I get close I see the body of a snake on top of my tire head disappearing into the holes and slots of the frame near the wheel well.

smoke bombs will probably get it out. The good ones that are long and tubular, not the little round balls. There is sulfur in those things, which will irritate the snake.
