"How much of the bill is Shaq footing? It sounds like his name will be on the building and operated by OLOL. The "free" comment is troubling. Nothing is free.
Who pays for the costs to operate the facility and health care costs? It sounds to me like either the state or John Q. Public. I doubt Jindal agrees to spend state funds for this and I'm 100% against John Q. Public's monies used for this."
Look at the models of St. Judes and Shriners. Care is FREE to the patient insurance is accepted and processed. Both manage very well with government monies.
