It's funny you both use this example. I have heard numerous lawyers point out plumbers specifically as the blue collar job that pays better than law. I wonder why everyone thinks plumbers have it so great? Of course I guarantee you plumbers all think lawyers have it on easy street.
FWIW I would be an A/C repairman.
