They've at least earned another order from me. Ordered a jacket and the crest was peeling off. They offered to exchange it but it took them so long to send the order in the first place I said no thanks I just want a refund and buy the jacket somewhere else. They said keep the jacket and we'll give you the refund in hopes you'll purchase from us again, so basically I got a free jacket with a minor flaw but I'll give them one more try.
