I honestly think the only negative effect it will have on him is that he will be pressing to prove to the MLB scouts that it wasn't performance enhancing. He may try to do too much, and cave.

1. He will already have been drafted when he plays, so he has NOTHING to "prove" to MLB scouts at that point.
2. He throws 100 MPH. Adderall doesn't make you throw 100 MPH.
