No problems with the cheaper providers. I've switched providers every year for the past 4-5 years.
Slight differences in the online account functionalities (current provider I had to call to set up auto-pay) but really absolutely no reason to pay a higher price.
Watch out for any surcharge if you don't use enough energy (if use less than x kw -> charged an extra x dollars)
Bc we don't use much energy, less than 500 kw/month, I always find one w/o the fess

I was looking at Reliant and they charge $6.95 if are under 2000kw/h and $9.95 if you're under 500kw/h.I just want a decent rate for at least a year so I don't have to worry about this crap.
