That was bad-arse not only for the defensive performance, but for the significance of the event. LSU's loss to Notre Dame in '70 was an awesome defensive performance, as was their butt whipping of the Irish the following year.

1982 Bama game at Birmingham Legend Field. 0 first downs in the first half. And Bama had a top 5 team going into that game. Bear Bryant's most humiliating loss in his career.

This, and 1982 Ole Miss. Ole Miss had negative rushing yards (-45) to start the 4th Quarter. Like most Tiger fans in the Stadium the 4th Quarter is a little fuzzy in my recollection.

ETA: Or maybe it was negative total offensive yards at the start of the 4th. I remember a lot of passing from Kent Austin and giving up a late TD + 2 pt conversion. -45 yds rushing for the game sounds about right. I plead the fifth of Jim Beam.
