My money is on QC, fits quite nicely with Gary's narrative of we didn't wanna move these teams in the first place...Quebecor is stupid rich and Gary has been up there 3 times in the last 5 years...Besides Winnipeg is the only team where the fans chanted "Gary Gary!" without "sucks" at the end...I think Gary likes playing the hero...

The fact that Winnipeg and Quebec are the only cities that don't boo Bettman proves they're not NHL cities.
