On average each year we get roughly 30 5 star players, another 300 4 star players, and probably another 300 3 star players?
So 600-30 ratio, you expect a 20-1 ratio based solely on numbers, and a bit better ratio since 5 star players are supposed to be the best of the best. So maybe a 10-1 ratio would be about what is ultimately expected between 5 star and 4/3 star players combined.
This year was excellent in terms of 5 star players selected in the first round. Five in total.
