Let me understand this, so if I meet you somewhere and call you fat or ugly, then you have a right to beat me to a pulp??? Did I get it right???
If that is what happens, I think you are guilty of assault, or aggravated assault. And if you happen to be on probation, then you are in big trouble.....

It was a battery not an assault two completely different charges
