I don't expect too much from LSU this year. But I do expect them to win the SEC West next year and play in the first BCS playoffs if they can beat Florida for the SEC Championship.
This year, you could lose to Georgia, Florida, Ole Miss, Texas A&M, and Bama--four at the most.
Ironically, you might beat Bama this year, and Bama still wins the West.
The cards have been stacked against you and in favor of Bama again—what’s new?
Too much to overcome this year: defensive losses, problems with the new offense--early season, and the absurdly tough SEC schedule will sink LSU even if you beat Bama this year.
