Yeah, and really after looking at it, it's a 2 horse race and Wise Dan is damn near unbeatable. Although, I really wish Johnny V got back on him.

I think I'm sticking with my original gut feeling tri box in the oaks.

Looked at pure fun, silsita, and rose to gold, but I'm not going to use them.

Happy oaks day! Be sure to wear pink!

On a Derby note, the guys on Persuit of the Crown said Oxbow has not been running well this week. They said he doesn't look happy,

Yeah. I tossed him. He was fighting and bowing out on the turn the other day. From the 2 he'll have to send. Not sure if he'll relax after.

What else have they been saying?

Raving about Orb he was the Mig's work of the week. The also like Revolutionary. Don't like Vyjack's post. One said that the favorites have all solidified themselves and doesn't see a long shot winning this year.

With all the talk about revolutionary. I couldn't imagine them running him in the mud. When we had a horse with a bow or as they called it "bad ligaments" we'd never run in the slop.

Looking fora mudder, don't really see one. Maybe a horse with some turf form? Vyjack, Java, Kitten?

The weather is going to absolutely suck. Hard to believe given that it could not be a prettier day in KY today.

Aspy,

Just got off the phone with assinclass. He's taking a break from T.D. for quality control purposes.

He wanted to know what your final verdict is, and if the KD website is legit to place his bet on for the race. They wanted all kinds of info, and asked for a copy of his DL.

He's ready to bet soon.

O.k., thanks.

Think I've settled on Midnight Lucky and Pure Fun in the Oaks.

Got to figure out who has the best shot in the mud for the Derby. Really fricking my thought process.
