And, the coach was physically abusing the student-athletes. There isn't a person in the world that would have a problem with a professor being fired if he threw a desk at a student, grabbed them by their shirt and shoved them out the door, and called him a fig on his way out.

If Rice actually won games, and the douche Murdick didn't frick up and not do his job, this story would have never existed

Fire the coach. Fire the AD. Hell fire ayone that was in a position of authority to make that decision who after viewing that video or hearing about it pre-ESPN story thought a suspension and fine was apppropriate.
Im no President/AD but had I seen that video I would have walked straght to the gym and fired the coach DURING practice on the spot.
The gay slur issue is being attached to the story by the liberal/pro-gay activists in the media to further their social ideology. If "figgot" had never been said I still think heads roll when the story breaks the way it was handled. You cant physically abuse people in your care. Its the way our society has evolved.
