He's been very close to like 3 transfers this summer.

"very close" lol naw.. he's had 3 offers rejected due to the team not offering what Atletico Mineiro want.
Shakhtar Donetsk came with like 15 mil, rejected, and Borussia Dortmund tried to sign him for like 12 mil and got rejected with a quickness.
Currently as things stand, Porto are still the favorites to sign him, but I doubt anything will happen until after the Copa Libertadores final is over with next Wednesday.
