And if the guy we want at 15 isn't there, I would want to trade back in the 1st and take Elam at around 20-30 and go after Jamie Collins in the 2nd.

He's not much of a play maker. He's not a good safety. I can't see him going from a bad safety to a GREAT.

It's ideal to be able to trade back and collect more picks, but it's easier said than done. To many moving parts than just saying " i would like to trade back".
