seems to have a fairly strong arm and can throw on the run...seems undersized and not exactly a burner...not bad, Lindsey

yeh he's 5'10-5'11. Looks like pretty good pocket presence. Brandon Harris our recent commit is only 4.6. We offered Avery McCall (2016) Dillon High School. Similar abilities. Also 5'10-5'11. Not a burner, but runs well. Scott seems like the Russel Wilson type.
