It's been awhile since I've been to either place but my next trip must include John Mueller Meat Co. or Franklin's. Both in Austin. I believe both are only open for lunch. At least a hour wait for BBQ. But it must be worth it if the line is long day after day.

dont even consider Franklins if you've got a couple rugrats tagging along. 2+ hour long line standing outside just to order, the kids will go nuts with boredom, and you will snap
