Are those factory grips on your RI? I got a FS two-tone a few days ago and those grips would look badass on it.
Also, how easy is it to change the backstrap on those? Mine is checkered and bites the shite out of my hand? Can I put a smooth one on fairly easily?

You should be able to replace with standard 1911 grips.
