Gave my gf a tour of BR thursday

We both live in Nola (she's from NYC) so I thought I'd show her my old stomping grounds. Started the day at chimes east for a few beers. Then went out to Tonys seafood for some boudin balls, cracklins, spicy corn on the cob. For dinner, stopped at digulios for cocktails (they make a good French 75). Then it was city cafe for pepper jelly shrimp, corn and crab bisque, and those awesome chargrilled oysters. Following dinner, introduced her to the Texas Club. She loved everything. Our next trip will be an LSU baseball baseball game followed by sammy's for crawfish and fried pickles.
