Also, what is Jennings considered on the defensive end? A plus, a minus, or push? I've really never watched him closely on that end.

agreed.
...my understanding is that his speed and quickness are assets defensively, but he has trouble with bigger PGs cause he's small.
he's a good defender though, imo...7th in the league in steals per game.
