Super Bowl Fan Fest downtown
Coinciding with the parades Friday and Saturday, gear up for Super Bowl Sunday with the Superbowl Fan Fest all weekend in North Boulevard Town Square. Friday, the Mulligan Brothers will perform noon-2 p.m. with a variety of cover songs, and Orphan Annie, a pop/rock mix of old and new variety, will perform 4 p.m.-6:30 p.m. Saturday, come out at noon to listen to the Young Band Nation Blues Project, featuring impressive local talent from Baton Rouge Music Studios, and Rockin' Dopsie Jr. and the Zydeco Twisters will perform Cajun, zydeco and more 4 p.m.-6:30 p.m. And you can return on Sunday to watch the game free on the big screen in Town Square at 5:30 p.m. Free and open to the public.
